A brand partner seat is a marketing and hospitality arrangement with the Beach Recovery Foundation and confers no interest in the Foundation, the Coastal Legacy Fund or any affiliate. Fund and project briefings are provided for information only under NDA and are not an offer of securities. This is not a donation and is not tax-deductible. Zelle payments are immediate and cannot be reversed; only send to the recipient shown. A seat held on a first tranche is released if the balance is not received within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
